The following terms and conditions offer a general overview of the architectural services provided by Krizza Conceptual Design Studio. These terms are intended for informational purposes only and should serve as a general guideline for prospective clients. It is important to note that every project is unique, and as such, specific details—including the scope of services, fees, schedule, and other key terms—will be finalized through further discussions with the client.
Our Design Studio offers design services that are limited to the chosen package and services only. Services outside the selected package, including project taxes, permits, government-imposed taxes, travel expenses, additional design copies, and large-scale printing, are excluded from the design fee, and the Client will be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs for these services. Any services that fall outside the scope of the selected package will require separate evaluation and additional fees.
Timelines are estimates and may range from less than a week to more than three months, depending on the complexity of the project, revisions, and client feedback. Delays in approvals, funding, or third-party involvement may affect the overall timeline.
Design and Services fees are determined based on the scope of work, project complexity, and other relevant factors. The payment structure may include:
Fixed Fee: A lump sum fee for the entire project or specific phases.
Hourly Rate: For additional services outside the original scope of work.
Percentage of Construction Cost: For larger projects, the fee may be based on a percentage of the total construction cost.
The exact fee structure, payment schedule, and any adjustments will be finalized upon discussion with the client. Please note that any additional services or revisions outside the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.
Our design process incorporates complimentary revisions to ensure alignment with the initial project objectives. However, any revisions beyond the initial scope, including those based on new requirements, significant design changes, or entirely new design elements, will require new drawings and design. These revisions will require designer approval and may result in additional fees.
The Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate project information and timely feedback.
Making timely decisions on review and approval to avoid delays.
Clearly communicating requirements and, if needed, designating a project representative.
The designer is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information or untimely feedback.
In the event of project cancellation, the Client agrees to pay for completed work hours and non-refundable resource purchases.
Our Design Studio respects the privacy of the Client. Client data and project information will be used solely for the purpose of completing the design project and will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from the Client.
The Architect retains ownership of all designs and intellectual property created for the project, in accordance with relevant intellectual property laws. The Client may keep copies of these documents for their records, but written permission from the Architect is required for any reuse or distribution of the designs. This is in accordance with intellectual property laws.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, mediation or binding arbitration may be pursued, as agreed upon during discussions.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties. Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in the agreed jurisdiction, which may vary depending on the location of the project or parties involved.
These terms serve as a general guide for the provision of architectural services. The final, binding terms and conditions of each project will be tailored to the specific needs of the project and agreed upon by both parties.
These terms are for informational purposes only and are intended to provide an overview of the architectural services we offer. They do not constitute a contract. The final terms and conditions, including fees, scope, timeline, and other project-specific details, will be agreed upon through further discussion and tailored to meet the needs of each specific project.
